11 May 2008. Although the day was a little bit overcast, Sekolah Kebangsaan Bukit Kuchai was able to hold its 11th School Sports Day successfully. Parents, teachers and students together filled the day with a lot of fun. Various games were conducted for all levels and every participating student received a medal.

The PIBG (Parents-Teachers Association) set up a stall to sell food and drinks. The sales proceeds went to the PIBG funds.

During a short break, Level 6 students gave a great performance on a traditional dance from Sabah. The day was finally concluded with a friendly tug-of-war match between parents and teachers. The teachers won the first round. The parents, however, were proven the stronger as they toppled the teachers in the second and the third round.
